He's one of those artists that makes you realize that curiosity begets creativity. (Prince was like that too.)

Editing to add that the redhead in the oldest clips in that video, whose name escaped me when I posted this, is Hermione Farthingale, Bowie's first love and a member of his folk trio, Feathers.
