Jan 2022

When I returned to Weight Watchers for good to re-earn my Lifetime member benefits. It took me 13 months to lose 53 pounds.

As of this date in 2022. I remain 10 pounds under my set goal, wearing the same size of jeans, loose 10's, and in better shape by going yo the Gym 4 to 5 days a week to walk and work out. The difference is keeping 63 pounds off since 2014.

A big fuckin' deal as I enter my 70's this year.
