... in a campground just 5 minutes outside of Bisbee, AZ (a GREAT place to visit -- I think
of it as a little San Francisco). The trailers (including one converted tour bus from a 1940's
California AAA baseball team and a drydocked little yacht) are all from the 1940's-50's and
all the interior items are from the same period (right down to magazines, paperbacks and
coffee percolators).
.
It's like traveling via time machine and the place is featured on MANY travel shows and in
many travel magazines internationally and when I stayed there (around 2002 - 2004),
chances were great that 1-3 of your neighbors were from Europe or Australia.

For a couple of the (many) years that I was in college, I lived in a little teeny camping
trailer about the size of that one in a REMOTE corner of a campground deep in the woods
about 30 feet from a little tributary of the Brandywine River in SE Pennsylvania. Straight out
from my door, there were stepping stones that led out to a huge flat rock in the middle of
the stream. I was literally writing poetry in the nude in the moonlight.
.
I was fairly well-off at the time and visiting friends would ask me why I was living so
"humbly". I would sweep my arm around and say, "This is my front yard."
