So yesterday I'm driving north on Rte. 81 in Scranton

and I spot three overhead highway signs all in a row which proclaim: President Biden Thruway.
I was driving, otherwise I would post a picture.

I-81 is notoriously hated in Pennsylvania. It's the scene of many traffic back-ups due to road repairs, also hazards like blizzards, white-outs, multi-vehicle accidents, etc.
