That’s 5,615 projected coal powered plants in just 8 countries.

1. It's only going to get worse... but how do we control these other countries??

All I know is the U. S. has to take the lead on this.

2. China & India are probably laughing at us

because they are doing nothing to reduce carbon emissions.
I recently visited couple of cities in western India. The air is not fit to breathe.
