Had jellyfish a number of times having Dim Sum at a Chinese restaurant in Honolulu.

It wasn’t bad. Had a texture that was a cross between a glass noodle and a cucumber. Had a slight crunch to it and a somewhat gelatinous feel. Taste was very mild.
