Trump is famous for being petty, holding grudges, and exacting revenge.
And you know he badly wanted to go to Queen Elizabeth's funeral, not out of respect, but to get more attention on himself, to eclipse President Biden, etc. Maybe get Kate Middleton's cell # for Ivanka.
Well, guess he forgot that Charles, William, and Harry remember TFG's antics after the royal divorce. He sent flowers nearly every day to Diana to the point it disturbed her. He wanted to court her. He mocked her on Howard Stern's radio program (back seat, AIDS test). I'm certain that all three of the surviving royals recoiled imagining Trump marrying into The Family. Stepfather on steroids.
And while Queen Elizabeth couldn't avoid TFG as Teresa May invited him to visit, there's a new sheriff in town with a long memory. And consequently, no invite. (OTOH, if TFG wanted to wait on a five-mile line to pay his respects, let him knock himself out.)
Trump was likely one of the few things all three of them agreed on.
