4. Wow - I can't even get up out of my chair without both arms helping.

I've read that a sign of good body strength and flexibility is to be able to get up off the floor without using knees or elbows. This person shows it's possible - maybe not for me, tho.

5. I have to scoot my butt over to a chair and use that to pry myself up

when I'm on the floor. I don't get on the floor much.

However, I can get out of a hard chair without using my arms. That probably won't last much longer.

get on my knees and push up with my hands if necessary. Always amazes me when it works.
