I've read that a sign of good body strength and flexibility is to be able to get up off the floor without using knees or elbows. This person shows it's possible - maybe not for me, tho.

when I'm on the floor. I don't get on the floor much.
However, I can get out of a hard chair without using my arms. That probably won't last much longer.
