I don’t think they said they covered the WIC and Aid to Dependent Children element of this. All those women with kids were used to get public benefits which was used to feed the cult. They moved the women and their kids addresses around which either extended benefits or delayed on check ups on them. It was a purposeful scam to work the system that they claimed to reject.
