We have a friend who works low pay odd jobs, has high deductible insurance. She has had multiple serious health issues all crop up recently. Just had carpel tunnel surgery. Needs back and hip surgery soon. Also has issue(?) with liver. We’re worried she may lose her housing.

She doesn’t get paid when she doesn’t work. Somewhat concerned she will be upset with us for doing it. What do you all think?
