I do like sweet cocktails and liqueurs, but Southern Comfort is a little too sweet for me.

Don’t know how Janis Joplin got it all down.

saw that my Costco carries a 5 Puttnos Hungarian Tokay. Very hard to come by. May have to treat myself for the holidays.)

The Southern Comfort thing was a very brief one.

Washington dessert wine created from loganberries. In small amounts, it beats any Port on the planet.

Remember being on a terrace and drinking one and smoking a couple cigarettes while in my 20's in New York. Good times.

When I tried it, it just smelled bad and tasted bad. I probably looked ridiculous trying it, too.

But I’ll take the terrace in New York…

Always had one, you get a few drinks in me and temptation wins out. And God, a rooftop terrace in nyc……. You can’t but help but feel cool.

Used to be much worse about smoking while drinking, nowadays I’m cursed (blessed?) with essentially a migraine the next day if I partake. No need to have my brain split into the Grand Canyon and have a truly splitting headache.

Although if I _was_ on an awesome nyc rooftop terrace with a great view, and was hanging with people and they had smokables…….fuck it. You only live once. Tomorrow will suck, but it is what it is.
