but that is no real word.

First: skunk in German is "Stinktier" (stinking animal).

Second: Mittelstraße means middle street, not middle of the road. That would be "mitten auf der Straße".

Now Lastkraftwagenanhängerkupplung is a real word. Not that anyone says it. But still, this word exists. It means Truck trailer hitch btw.
