and didn’t manage it this past year. Actually, I forgot all about it until about a week ago.

Master one good, impressive card trick.

I don’t know any and would like to be able to bust out a cool trick every once in a while.

-Plan and TRACK my meals on my WW app, eat within my allotted points
-Get to the gym to walk at least 3 miles on the treadmill and work out like I am training for a body building competition 4 to 5 days a week.
-Drink 2 liters of water daily.
-Take a nap of at least an hour.
-Take my Vitamins every day.

Since gong back to Weight Watchers 9 1/2 years ago, my resolution has remained constistent. I have my annual physical coming up in March. I want to make sure my Blood work and other health readings remains very good for an old girl turning 71 in May. My weight ranges from 142 to 145 as I am currently 10 pound under my WW goal.

To drink more. I don't drink unless I'm socializing and I am trying to force myself to get out more.

Cheers!

I actually scheduled a private monitored customized exercise series for people with chronic health conditions. That starts Jan 3rd and runs 18 weeks.

My 2nd resolution is to investigate getting a business license and setting up an Etsy store for my needle felted play food.

I used to belong to a women's gym but it closed when the pandemic hit and isn't reopening again.

Also, keep my apartment tidier... clean stuff on a more consistent schedule... dust... vacuum.

Continue to find things to declutter.... toss or donate.

but never have I ever ventured into a vector

of close proximation of desire and resolve

that didn't have me pining o'er

the broken promises of time

yet remembered still in wishes

unfulfilled and but not discarded

recycled dreams of a day to come.

wrought by self-indulgence, and
WHEREAS, only the passage of time can repair suffered through conformity
with idiotic custom, and
WHEREAS, men and women of character and intelligence and the grace that
comes with maturity observed the blending of two mathematical segments of
time with neither wonder nor emotion and so witnessed the flame of the
rising sun with the great joy of good health and consciences unsoiled, then,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that such men and women as described in paragraphs 1 and 2
of the Preamble hereto and properly living in misery and disgrace and
seemingly in the shadow of death, be accorded from such men and women as
