(With preemptive apology for this: ) Is there a Festivus for *after* the holidays?

The U. of YouTube informed that the Romans had a 17 days' (Saturnalia?) that was wild with drinking in the streets like Mardi Gras, gifts to/from all - very similar to our season from Thanksgiving through Xmas and New Year's. I'm glad ours is over.
So.
* Woke up today with a nightmare of being in some place like a hostel with a hundred wild inmates, me being apart in age and isolation. I had dozed off and woke up with my wallet and car keys gone. No ID, phone. A friend (actually deceased from Covid in 2020) was supposed to pick me up. No way to call anybody borrowing the house phone because the phone #s these days are in the phones, the ones written down were in the gone wallet. I found the house person in charge to search for the things and to call a report to cops. She went through the motions, nothing new to her, not interested or disturbed. We went to the parking lot where the car had been, nothing. Then a maintenance man yelled that he found the empty wallet. Woke up really stressed.
* Proceeded with relief that the whole holiday schmeer is over, back to regular routine. Morning t.v. always on in the background while I go about the daily chores. Then, boom, the usual network has an EFFING *PARADE* on. What the effing heck - what is another danged PARADE doing on T.V. today?!1
So.
* Instant coffee "crystals": What do my LUNGS look like? Allow me to draw a picture: The screw-on top bottle is on a shelf above the dishes drying rack. A week or more ago when I reached for the bottle, the top was loose and the bottle tipped over and "crystals" poured down over the rack where the utensils are. In days after I was puzzled that there was a thick, sticky goo on my hands when I was using utensils. Figured out that it was coffee.
So what do my LUNGS look like?
