6 months *no* SUGAR - triglicerides down 300 points. However

So 9 months ago, my D.O. went ballistic - talking RUDE - telling me I was putting myself at risk for stroke or pancreatitis (severe pain) and what did I opt, either him dishing more meds or me diet. I did the choice/diet.

Punished myself for 3 months - ZERO ice cream, pies, cookies - get the pic?

3 months of punishment & went down by 300 points.

*** Am on the 2nd three month, a little slack-off (cheating) - who knows

One of most difficult things to do. Sugar is virtually as addictive as hard drugs. My strong feeling is it feeds cancer, and we all have tiny cancers begging for food. How do we know it feeds cancer? Oncologists inject cancer patients with sucrose to see where in the body new cancers light up. We all need to be reminded, most cancers are NOT hereditary. I've been off sugar for awhile. Frightens me. I sometimes use raw stevia, but mostly just adjust my pallet. Very freeing.
