Does anyone have a significant other with whom you have zero music you like in common?

I mean like absolutely zero! We have no songs at all that we both like!

I am late to the game, but I’m rocking out to Rammstein…my wife is into 90s R&B and loves Keith Sweat, Boyz 2 Men, Mary J Blige, etc.

Come on! How insanely fun would these shows be below?! Absolute banger - Sehnsucht (Longing in English) with raging adrenaline! Seriously…great to hit the gym with! I would be bouncing around with unlimited energy at these shows at the age of 50!

Volume 10+ with noise cancellation a must!

Incredible energy:

But my husband liked modern classical music. Ack. And he totally didn’t get Tower of Power.

We both liked composer who died a long time ago. Beethoven, Mozart, Verdi et.al.

We usually use earbuds though.

I don’t hate her music per se…just indifferent to its existence.

result being an expanded love for all genres of music for the both of us.

Though we do have (friendly) arguments about songs and musicians from time to time.

I gotta admit, it might be hard for me to appreciate her side because I don’t hate it…I just have no emotional reaction at all. That might actually be harder to recover from!

I'm a Rock, Blues and Jazz fan. When I met her in '92 she thought the greatest song ever recorded was Achey Breaky Heart. Headpnones get used at our house a lot.

Fortunately when it comes to politics we are identical twins.
