for a few days. She was scared of the noise the contractors' are making at her house. I have a few toys for her here. She is a little dog and loves playing tug of war. I don't know how dogs do it. They clamp down, and dig in, shake their heads, and they NEVER WEAR OUT!

(4,166 posts)I don't have any grandchildren and never will. My son and daughter in law have two adorable Yorkies. Daisy and Suki.
They are my grand puppies. They know who is visiting when I pull up to the house. They know when they are on my street! They know my voice over the phone. And they know the word Grandma.
Yep they are part of the family.

(16,975 posts)I picked the description 'grand dogs' up from there. There are 2 grand dogs. The older one is a Belgian Malinois, who thinks she is the same size as my little visitor, who is a Dorkie, or similar. The little one fits in my lap much better than the big one, but the big girl never minds trying. I've been the unoffical pet sitter for years.
