Anyone know why suddenly "myMail" is no longer available on our Samsung androids?

4. I heard that in Jan 23, older androids were going to be obsolete

I think my friend had an S3, and had to get a different phone. So possibly your phone is obsolete.
Or your phone could have gotten an automatic update that wiped that app off. My daughter got an update on a G 7 (or even newer, and she lost all of her pictures because of an update. She was super upset.

If all else fails, get in touch with Samsung, and see what's going on. Good luck!

5. you might be able to use a different app

I have an outlook and yahoo app that handles my email.

There is also a gmail app.

I looked on my s21 and it doesn't have a 'My Mail".
