Tahoe Update - Yellow Tagged, just had the FD here... (EDIT)

El Dorado County called a State of Emergency, thank god.
SO we were able to "get on the list" for some kind of help getting the roof-snow removed. However, they only have 7 CalFire crews working for the whole county.
Meanwhile the Building Inspectors came out Saturday around noon, took pics, and slapped us a Yellow Tag. Asking us if the front awning comes down in front of the door, do we have an escape route? Like, MAYBE out the back door...most likely roll out the bedroom window and run for the neighbors' driveway. They said that the yellow tag would move us up the list, but nobody has called or responded to me. (I called again this morning and emailed yesterday)
Meanwhile, they posted pictures of MY HOUSE on social media as a cautionary tale...without permission! I have an active restraining order against my ex. ...I posted on the photo that this should be illegal to poat without permission. I also sent email to the County Govt contact on the page as well as messaged the FB account directly. This morning I left a message with their communications person, stating that IF my house was bad enough for them to post as a cautionary tale - then shouldn't I be at the top of the list for emergency assistance???
ALSO just got off the phone with the damn Gas company, they jacked rates so the same usage for Dec that was $300 was over $450 for Feb! Now the bill is up to $800 and I am beside myself. The were actually gonna shut us OFF during a state of emergency! I'm hoping I got that stopped for now, gotta make payments until JULY at this point.
My mental Health is hanging by a thread. Having nightmares regularly. (On top of it all, my daughter bailed out of the family cabin and didn't take care of anything, pipes broke and 19000 gallons! of water flowed into the street in 24 hours. Mom passed last year, dad's in memory care, sister and I have a strained relationship at best and she's got POA for all the property and bank accts...and she's gonna probably blame me for my daughter trashing the cabin... ugh)

ETA: got a call from the county comm person they groveled and removed the post, and then she's bumping us up hopefully. Sent the FD here to look for structural changes, they think it's mostly water damage in the drywall and the beams seem ok. BUT the front awning is dangerous with the overflow from the deck piling up. (Deck is in front of the house on top of the garage, awning rests on the deck)
So now I'm off to our local Nextdoor page to find someone to shovel it off ASAP for $100-200
