Until they see him do it before doing a take for a movie in order to psych himself up. That's apparently why his Justin Hammer character dances in Iron Man 2. He was psyching himself up, and the director saw it and told him to make that his entrance.

of Sam Rockwell to know he could dance so well. I did see him as Fosse and was really impressed but the rest of this...well, I would say I need to see more of him dancing.
