I got back from 4 months of travel and realized my bedroom looked like a family of Smurfs had been slaughtered in there. Everything was blue.. the walls, curtains, headboard
even the art work. Time for a change! So off to Home Depot for color swatches. Next, dig through my fabric stash and find some that works with the paint I picked out. I started making a Roman blind that day then the next day back to Home Depot for hardware for blinds and the paint. Last step before painting, clear the room and a deep clean. I woke up Tuesday morning excited to get started painting. I finished cutting in with doing above the baseboard. Sadly, while I was doing that one little muscle in my back decided to go on strike.
Ive got Robaxin but it buzzes me out so I cant really do anything and without it my back locks up so I cant really do anything. To add insult to injury, my indictment champagne will have to wait until Im off the Robaxin.

(17,003 posts)make them again but they work so well in a small room. Im using black out backing fabric so theyll keep the room dark. I made the headboard but Im going to lower it to the same height as in the photo.
The colors are blank canvas and half sea fog.
