If I interpret "a surgical creation of a connection between the gall bladder and a hepatic duct and between the intestine and the gall bladder" as "a small, medicated tablet intended to be dissolved slowly in the mouth to temporarily stop coughs and lubricate and soothe irritated tissues of the throat".
