I saw her do a concert in her home. I think it was during the pandemic, you paid for a ticket and given a code to be able to stream, she is still kicking it!

They played all their hits and if you psychically transport yourself back to the 1960s & 70s, it’ll be great fun. I was a huge fan of them both.

As a musician, I suggest you keep your expectations modest.

Have a blast!

It was at the Westbury Music Fair on NY’s Long Island. The venue is about as suburban middle-of-the-road as you could find! But we had good seats and the sound system was pretty good, (a hallmark of Bacharach’s music). All of the songs were their classics and the audience loved the show!

The musicians were made up of two groups. The first was Bacharach’s core rhythm section of BB on piano, a second keyboardist, a guitarist, a drummer/percussionist, a bass player and I think a trumpet/flugelhorn player and a saxophone/woodwind player. The second group made up the rest of the small orchestra consisting of strings and additional woodwinds. I don’t recall any backup vocalists. Everyone played well.

I hope you enjoy the concert!
