It was a great movie. The lobster scene with Annie — vs. with a new date - was probably my favorite part.

A decade or so later, I met the longer-term “Annie.”

Great movie, no matter how one feels about Allen.

I loved "The Apartment". It serves as a nice reminder of how paralyzingly gorgeous Shirley MacClaine was back then.

I was raised on "My Three Sons" and Disney's "Absent-minded Professor" films, and their kindly, paternal Fred MacMurray. When I became an adult, and saw "The Apartment" and "Double Indemnity", it was a shock to see him play horrible people.
