(45 posts)Actually, coloring is good for you. I have several adult coloring books, colored pencils, watercolor markers, etc. Some people knit, some people crochet, everybody has their own way to release stress.

(7,685 posts)(usually in the dark of the night, she said) taking her young son's crayons and scribbling ... it calmed her down. FWIW there are a few clairvoyants that I find interesting who (literally) scribble to center their thoughts.
