I’ve seen lots of cowboy and cowgirl outfits, but that’s the first Corporal Rusty from Rin Tin Tin I’ve ever seen. That probably dates this between 1954 and 1958-59.

On edit: Found it. It was the ‘57 Wish Book; the same one my parents ordered my 1957 Christmas present from — my hobby horse, Albret — not Albert!

that I refused to take off. I don't know how my parents finally got it away from me. I wore it every day and would have slept in it if that had been allowed. I loved Dale Evans.
