Hubby once studied electrical engineering in college, so he loves to Griswold the house. Loves his lights, waiting for cheap LEDs. He got bored and switched his major to physics. I love men that can FIX THINGS!!

(37,648 posts)Ebbie is a Lifetime movie starring Susan Lucci as a modern female version of Ebenezer Scrooge. It's actually a pretty good movie.
Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol is an oldie, a movie cartoon musical that was one of my family's favorites when I was growing up. We knew all the words to all the songs. I have the DVD now.
And of course there are several movie versions of A Christmas Carol. My favorite is the one with Albert Finney.
Blackadder's Christmas Carol - it's so good, but yu sort of have to be familiar with Blackadder, I guess. Very funny!

(37,648 posts)I've seen White Christmas so many times that I don't watch it every year, any more. But when I'm in the mood, it's great, and a classic Christmas movie. All that snow.
