Our tree is now on the deck every holiday.
The fur chidlren are inside.
We have big windows, so it works out.

(191 posts)I put them on the bottom of the tree so that hopefully if the cats do any batting, those will be safest. I don't know how many times I've yelled, "MORRISSEY!" today!

(13,447 posts)I'm mom is a HUGE ornament freak/collector, so every year she puts up hundreds of ornaments on the tree. Of course, that's the easy part. Each ornament has it's own little box, so the maddening part is hunting all over the tree to find the correct ornament for each box.
