It started snowing yesterday. We've got at least 2 feet out there - as I tried measuring and lost the ruler.
Crazy.

(12,153 posts)It started snowing mid-morning and we already have a couple of inches. The radio said we can expect about 12 inches by the time it stops at around noon tomorrow. Ugh.
My little dogs get high-centered easily, so I have to go outside and shovel the porch and backyard about every hour or so.

(30,947 posts)The temperatures here in the Atlanta area are going to be in the low 70s this weekend. I hate warm weather. This is winter. I want winter weather.

(2,950 posts)We got about 8 inches in Tooele County. My path down to the bird feeders were a killer because I could not tell where the path started. I kept hitting grass with the shovel. As my Dad would say, "crooked as a dog's hind leg". No matter, I found the feeders and all is well.
More to come, they say.

(1,555 posts)It's just spitting snow here now with the bulk of the storm staying in the mountains and clobbering the ski areas. I'd welcome a good 1-2 feet of snow in Denver since it's been a couple of years since we had a real big storm.
Happy shoveling!
