Because I've found in years past that the people I've been ignoring usually got banned sooner or later. But yesterday about five minutes after I cleared the list I ran into one user that I instantly put back on ignore. Still here.

Edit: Banned from KOS just got Banned from DU so my ignore list is empty!

DU2 did it better. If you PM'd someone and they had you on ignore, you got a message than they didn't want to receive PM's. And that was that.
