if they'd like to be considered for spontaneous combustion, rather than having to opt out, if they've decided they won't ever want to spontaneously combust. But the spontaneous combustion lobby has a lot of influence, so today you have to opt out

actually, about half my library is SHC related....it's a good death metal subject...ok, maybe just a couple songs...but I bet there are more out there that I just haven't found yet...
