Really, all of those highly processed food-like substances are poison. Just get heavy whipping cream and make the real thing. It tastes a lot better, and is much better for you.

And mix with a package of instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk. Then you get double the overmarketed corporate food in one fluffy desert. (But Deninmi is right - the stuff isn't good for you).

They can't even come into my house anymore. I simply have no self-control.

I fall for salty/savory cravings, rarely sweet stuff. But when you try something like Cool Whip and finally understand WHY its been such a commercial success... well, welcome to being tempted by Processed Food Addictions.

FWIW, these foods have been tested to ensure a body will positively react to the chemical composition - natural and unnatural - of that food. And then like alcohol, you WILL crave them again after 24 hours.

I can't eat ice cream without it. And sometimes I will eat it with a spoon right out of the carton. I know, bad, bad, bad but so good, good, good.
