Has it finally joined the rest of the civilised world and been made non-smoking? The smoke used to be really thick inside there, especially the restaurants and I always wound up with a throbbing headache there which would nag me throughout the subsequent flight.
I'm not one who says change is always for the better, but hey, at least there's no more smoking on aeroplanes 
So of course the smokers cluster right outside, making us run the gauntlet! 
I'm sorry you had to endure the awful headaches...
I always preferred flying with BA over Delta and this is excellent news.
I'm feeling pretty strong, which makes me happy! And the worst of the jet lag is hopefully behind me...
The fun starts officially Wednesday night, at our welcoming reception...
It's good! We always hop over to Europe this way; it really helps us get over the jet lag, which seems to get worse every time!

Closest I ever got was sitting on the tarmac for a couple hours on my way back from my duty tour in Germany.
