3. If I had a Bike when I had B.A (my parrot)...

He would have demanded to drive!

B.A was a odd boy. He helped to sort of add to the old joke in my house.

You feed shelter and love a dog, they think your some sort of god.
Feed, shelter and love a cat, he thinks he is a god.
Feed, shelter and love a parrot, he demands human sacrifices at dawn!

4. My daughter just got a Quaker Parrot for her birthday

but I doubt any of us will ever be that cool.

Heck, I'm happy just if I can hold it and not get pooped on.

6. My daughter got this one as a pretty young baby

she's been hand feeding it from a syringe 3 times a day and so far he or she has not been too bitey. We'll see how long that lasts lol..my son has a couple birds but they were rescues and are much older and they can get very bitey but the cockatoo will dance like a crazy person with the right music and treats...his birds are why she wanted one.

She keeps yelling at me though because I try to teach it bad words. What fun is a talking bird if it doesn't bust out an f-bomb every once in a while?

8. I wouldn't have believed it was possible

How in the world do you train a bird to do that?
