Does anyone here have a copy of that chart of things that happen to your body when you quit smoking?

It was posted here a couple of weeks ago, but I can't seem to find it.

I'm trying to persuade a friend of mine (believe it or not he's a runner too) to quit smoking. We ran a race together yesterday and he hit the wall at about 2.5 miles and couldn't recover. I think that chart just might persuade him. Specifically the part about how his lungs will improve in about 2 weeks if he quits now. We're running another race in two weeks and I want him to do well. I'll be honest, I'm really worried about him and I want him to quit.

Warn him that the first week is going to suck. For a lot of people (Me included) you cough more and get out of breath more easily the first week you don't smoke. Then your breathing improves quickly.

For some reason I was thinking that the lung capacity and performance increases after two weeks. Thanks for posting this!

I don't know if that is the right one though. I think I remember another one that was more comprehensive.
