We're the youngest on our block by at least 25 years.

Before we moved we lived on the outskirts of a village. Safe and quiet there, too.

We've been sweltering through the nights lately. It's 96° in my bedroom. I do have a fan going but it's difficult to sleep at all. So, when morning comes, I'm wide awake and tired.

I'm heading for a cool shower. My 3rd today. Seriously glad I don't pay a water bill here.
