(Willcox -- m-m-m-m, tomatoes.)

One of the things that knocked me out right away about Tucson were the sunrises
and sunsets. Except for monsoon season, Tucson is RARELY overcast -- so it's a
prime location for watching beautiful sunrises and (especially) sunsets.

Evenings, you grab a lawn chair and just bask in the sunset, easily feeling at peace
with yourself and the world, if only for a little while.
.
The vibrant pinks and salmons and oranges that you see in Southwestern art? Those
aren't the result of a collective imagination or plagiarism -- those are the actual colors
found on a lot of our flora and landscapes and, especially, our sunrises and sunsets.
.
If you check out the picture OF Ptah below that, you'll see that even some
of the natives are a little salmon-colored, too.
