of a convenience store. He has the best wings I've ever tasted and I'm an expert on the matter. He beats the hell out of the big chain places.

They are experts on the matter having sampled all available in the local tri-state area. I gotta admit they are pretty good. I serve them at our annual Christmas Buffet and they beg for them the rest of the year

But for the chicken wing challenge to be authentic, somebody is going to have to come off of their recipe. I don't think the wings straight from Kevin's kitchen would make the trip, or they certainly wouldn't be up to his par.

You know how bar-b-que chefs closely guard their recipes. Kevin says the secret is in the meat. He's got a smoker out back.

This might be a major undertaking.
