Mediterranean is a bit too exotic for Will's tastes, but roasted beef and lamb, with beer to wash them down, transcend cultures.
Will wants to say 'hi'...

I can just see myself trying to explain sushi to a guy who thinks 'exotic' means rosemary and coriander...
