Didn't care for fish as a kid but I love a good piece of Flounder or other mild, non-oily fish. It never feels heavy after eating it.

A friend told me you get a natural high from either the crab or the crab spice. Who am I to question that?

Since I returned to the West Coast, the crab just isn't the same. But I do a homemade crab spice that I use in a lot of things, or just use the cayenne alone. That tends to put a smile on my face.

One thing I look forward to is the few weeks each year when we get fresh Copper River Sockeye Salmon from Alaska. With the right marinade, and properly grilled, it's divine! (I thnk BlueInAK will back me up on this. )
