Barring some massive break from my diet and exercise plans, I should meet my 2013 resolution of weighing less than 200 lbs before the end of the year.

(35,392 posts)2005, I went from 200 lbs to 160, Jan to Aug.
Good luck (mine was type 2 diabetes, but the real kicker was being told I was obese.)
Today, tipped the scales 171.5.
Still should have been in the low 160s, ideal (ha ha) was officially 150.

I have been suckered into running a 5k this weekend in spite of not being a runner and in the last three or four weeks of training I've lost 13 lbs. Granted most of it seems to be sweat since I tend to look like I just got out of the shower after exercising, but still.
