Anybody else have the flu?

I feel like hot a potato in a bucket of ice. MY knees are killing me. super fatigued.

I had just bought a bottle of it. Black elderberry will shorten the flu or cold. Krogers was almost out of it. It has been used for a long time

lots of liquids and sleep. keep a bowl of water and a washcloth by your bed for your forehead. more sleep and also tylenol for the fever.

I didn't want to eat for a few days. This flu sucks. Take care. I really hated the body aches.

101.5 yesterday and 102 today... thou it's all ready gone down some after I dropped a couple pills.
