My tabby gigante Koko looks very much like meatloaf, and weights in at 23 pounds.

bit heavier, we switched him to a better cat food (one for indoor cats) and he lost a few pounds. Most of that is skin and fur, when you pet him you can feel his bones. He's like an older person who's skin has sagged. He is about 15 years old.
