what your opinion was about the drunken (presumably) idiots screaming during this beautiful, rare acoustic set. I experienced this during a CS&N concert, open air on a beach.
Several groups of people were talking continuously during the acoustic set to hear each other over the music. Finally, Crosby had enough and told them to "shut the fuck up".

... cut loose with a solo vocal that scorched the audience like a pair of F-4 afterburners. It was an unforgettable night on the beach of Lake Erie - nighttime, full moon.

"She's so cold she's so cold
I dare not touch her my hand just froze
Yeah, I'm so hot for hot for her, I'm so hot for her
I'm so hot for her and even so
Put your hand on the heat, put your hand on the heat
Aw C'mon baby, let's go
She's so cold, she's so cold, cold, she's so c-c-c-old
But she's beautiful, though"

"Yeah, I tried re-wiring her, tried re-firing her
I think her engine is permanently stalled"
