Okay this is weird. I was walking down the street. A woman with a bag was
walking towards me in the next block. She was walking West. She turned the corner and we both walked to the next street corner on opposite sides of the street, both of us walking South in a very short block. Then we both turned East. She went into the parking lot/back door of the house at the end of the street. Why would you walk all the way around a block when you did not need to? With a bag?

Or maybe she was delivering the bag to someone else...

Walking around a block with a bag, that's NOTHING.
Me, at my flaming OCD unmedicated worst (fortunately not now) has to undo every turn I've made so as not to get too twisted. Every right turn has to be undone with a left, every left turn with a right. Go 3, 4, 5... turns deep, I start to get anxious.
It all adds up, you know -- gotta pay attention or that invisible umbilical cord attaching you to earth might start to kink.
I had to repeat things for years and it still can come back when I'm especially anxious. I thought the only ones who knew were my mother and my roommate at school, but it's mortifying to think someone else might have noticed. 
I think everybody does weird stuff, whether they admit it or not. THere is a big park with a tiny zoo in it near my apartment. I chop up any extra veggies I have and go feed my 'buddies'. When I'm feeding the goats or sheep or whomever, I talk to the critters. It makes me happy.
Note -- they do have signs by each critter "I like ______" so people know what veg to bring.
I have also skipped down the street!
