I'm going for a quick trip to Austin on Sunday and by the time I get back the temperature is expected to be about 28 and keep dropping until it gets to 20 the next morning. I expect to warm my hands in my kitteh's warm underbelly fur when I get home (she doesn't know yet).

It's -30F right now with a windchill of -39F. I guess I shouldn't complain. I have a good, well built, WARM energy efficient house where the pipes won't freeze, hot tea, a fleece nightie and an electric heating pad. It could be so much worse. It could be snowing, LOL. At least I don't have to shovel in this weather.
