I eat them almost every day.
High in protein and so versatile. I like 'em scrambled, I like 'em fried, I like them boiled, I like them baked. (Never been much for poached.)
This morning I had a breakfast burrito. Eggs, ham, salsa and cheese all in a tortilla.
Let's hear it for EGGS!

(4,243 posts)I've never understood how someone can eat just one or two, though. When I eat eggs I have to have at least 4 and sometimes 5 or 6 at a time.

(20,185 posts)And contrary to popular belief, they do not make your cholesterol go up. The cholesterol your body MAKES is the problem, not the cholesterol your body consumes.

(28,552 posts)... and eat them almost every day also. I love them fried, scrambled, poached, boiled... you name it Great inexpensive source of protein and I am of the opinion that dietary cholesterol is not particularly important to most people (i.e. has little to do with serum cholesterol).
The incredible edible egg indeed.

(23,272 posts)Yum! This morning I scrambled an egg with fresh shredded rosemary asiago cheese. Nuked it in the micro while the whole grain bread toasted. Then made a sandwich with the warmed leftover grilled onions from dinner last night, egg and cheese.
