Otherwise, just get a 2-gallon ziplock bag and toss them all in, zip it up, tumble to mix, and open again

but every year she buys me a box of Carmel Delites. So for the one or two days that box survives, I tolerate her.

Both boxes were gone by the next day. THIS is why I don't buy sweets at the store -- so self-control. But how do you say "no" to a Girl Scout? Damnit, it's just un-American!

At a table at the grocery store.

Each time I'd tell the little girl selling them that the next person that came by could pick out the box and keep it.

I typically only keep individually wrapped sweets in the house. It's a great way to keep my sugar intake lower.

It was the first time I saw girl scouts in close to 2 years.
I wiped out their stash of thin mints and samoans.

Especially since they now accept credit cards!
