Dick Kay
Back on the Beat
Saturdays from 1pm - 4pm
For the last four decades, Dick Kay is has been one of the biggest names in Chicago news and politics. He held the longest on-air TV news job in the history of Chicagos WMAQ-TV, (Channel Five) until his retirement last year. For over thirty-eight years, Mr. Kay reported on virtually every significant local and national political event. In addition, he was the host of Channel Fives outstanding political program, City Desk. Dick Kay is also a consultant in media training. For more information, or to listen to podcasts of Dick's show, CLICK HERE!
Very few people in the history of Chicago journalism have the knowledge and experience of Dick Kay. With a three hour weekly show, Chicago gets to hear a completely different side of Dick Kay in addition to the political side that they already know.

IIRC "Kay" was borrowed from some relative's first name.
