Egads, I have been to that shopping mall too. My eye doctor is in there. Grottos Pizza is nasty but I do like the burgers at Kildare's Irish Pub located in there.

Police are looking for a duo caught in photos and video celebrating St. Paddy's Day early near two Dumpsters in Newark, Del. The photos (seen below and extremely NSFW) show the unidentified pair having sex in broad daylight on Saturday as gawkers laugh and record the incident.
The sex romp was recorded in the rear parking lot of the Galleria Building on Main Street, some time in the afternoon. Some of the social media posts detailing the act have since been taken down.

I lived on the second floor of a three story apartment building. As I came up to my apartment, I looked at the staircase right next to my front door. On the landing a girl and boy, probably both around 16, were busy having sex on the landing. In broad daylight. I was too shocked to say anything. They both scampered off.
I'm sure some parents are proud of their daughter or son tonight! 
What pisses me off is though that there is a playground for munckin kids right on the other side of that security fence (Newark United Methodist) and they always have some kind of activity going on there where kids could be out in the yard. Seems to me those 2 winners will probably be promoted to 'sex offender' status, which should look really good on their resumes when trying to find a job.
I grew up on Cleveland Avenue (one street over) and on Chapel Street (down the block from there) and I can remember having to call cops out because of drunk students relieving themselves (both) or vomiting in our front and back yards. Both the NPD and the UDPD cops were preparing for the 3-day St. Patrick's day issues, but I doubt they thought someone would be screwing around in broad daylight in a well trafficked parking lot.
